Property NOT in foreclosure

We just got a loan modification, we got out of pre foreclosure. And now we get a letter from Trustee Mitigation Headquarters saying that our property is in foreclosure and it will be auctioned next month. It also had a different bank then the one that owns the mortgage. We called the current mortgage bank and they reiterated that our property is up to date on payments and the letter is just junk mail. This is not right, we just got over this traumatic experience and these scammers want to bring it all back! Please be aware of this, even if your house is in foreclosure do not call these people and instead make arrangements with your mortgage company.

Scam letter claiming to be HSBC bank

I received a letter claiming that my foreclosed home could be given a loan modification from my "original" mortgage lender of HSBC bank.

That was the first clue this wasn't legit because I've never had a mortgage with HSBC.

I then looked up the phone number provided of 1-877-738-7989, which does not appear to have any connection with any bank or business and led me here instead.

Consumer is in Bankruptcy and protected by the Bankruptcy stay. But this so called, "TRUSTEE MITIGATION HEADQUARTER" sends us letter for foreclosure date. We will be filing Adversary Proceedings in Bankruptcy court, how this Stay was violated by the alleged lender and so called "TRUSTEE MITIGATION HEADQUARTER" FILE #1149071048 False letter of sale date of 03/09/2023 on my property. Said had documents from county recorder. Couldn't provide me proof. There was no such documentation and property not in foreclosure. Total scam. Hung up on my when asked for more information. Called on given number 1-877—738-7989, put us on hold which never ended even after 02 hours of waiting

Threaten me to come to my job with a summons if I didn't want this to happen I needed to call 323-332-9266 Jesse stated I had one hour to submit a contract to pay or her client CSI services or I would be sued I spoke to the owner of CSI a bully who said he's not a court and had no intention of bringing me to court I asked for a copy of the summons no call backs legal action should be taken on both companies frauds both of them.

Recieve mail from TRUSTEE MITIGATION HEADQUARTERS stating a connection to property existed. They are a scam and no such interests or connections actually exists. Moreover, no proof is provided to validate such claim. Therefore, the mail is fraudulent and suspect. They need to be investigated.
