Trot Pets is ghosting everyone. Ordered product one year ago. We have a Facebook page with a ton of members who are being ghosted and have no product! Someone do something about this company who has taken a lot of money from us! This company is still advertising, taking money, and not delivering product to hundreds of people who are now being ghosted!

Marketing Marketing Marketing . . . and move 9000 pet lovers believed them. The BBB complaints are true and know if you want your money returned, it is promised to be a nightmare. I guarantee a Class Action Suit glooming.

Ordered for my dog in January 2022 but as of August 29 2022 I have not received my product. I have been given at least 3 promises for ship dates but none have happened.

this company has been collecting money with continued promises of shipment of a product for over a year and no products have been shipped. the company continues to take orders and charge for products that they are not fulfilling.
