Same as all others. I ordered my bowl 12/3/21. Like others I got emails saying production was delayed, etc., etc. Very disappointed. Paid $44 for nothing. Extra bummer is that I paid via PayPal. Don't think they offer refunds. I wish I could give zero stars.

Ordered 2 sets in July 2022. Had promises of ship dates in October 2022. Pet died in December 2022. Emailed hello at trotpets.com and info at trotpets.com to cancel and refund and emails bounced back as non existent.

The seller was updating me via email regarding delays due to transportation during COVID but 9 months later I requested a refund and I only for another email saying that I’ll get the order soon . After that the website and point of contact was no longer available.

I got these bowls because I thought they were innovative, the plastic slow-feeder bowls irritated my dog’s chin. I believed them when they told me they are making progress but everything is on back order and that I just need to be patient. I waited months. I emailed them, they responded that people are getting them but it is just taking longer than expected because of the common “supply chain issues”. Months go by, I email them again saying that I want a refund. No response. I emailed them recently, months later, and the email address no longer worked. Went to their website and the website is no longer working. I saw on Reddit that this happened to hundreds of people. I am lucky I didn’t lose as much money as some but I still lost almost $100. My credit card company said the dispute is too old and I couldn’t do anything about it at this point. I am never buying anything like this again and I feel bad for the retailers that were actually legit, Trot pets muddied the waters for retailers advertising on the same platforms. They should get criminally charged.

I ordered two sets on February 10, 2022 - one for my new puppy and one for my mom's new pup. My mom actually received her set (in November), but she did receive them.

They sent me an email telling me mine had shipped, I check the tracking number - 'Shipment Canceled' - I emailed them a few times before their email was shut down. No answer.

Now I'm out $128 although I will call my credit card company to see if they can help me. I'm not so sure this was a true scam, but more like a handful of ignorant 'business' people who most likely were not watching expenses and ran it into the ground. That said, they should have put out a letter, a note, SOMETHING to their supporters.

I ordered in January 2022. Followed their Facebook page and people were receiving their orders so remained patient. Facebook page is down and now no way to contact the company. I ordered 2 sets. I can’t believe I fell for it.

Our orders are delayed because of the pandemic! I emailed them again 2 weeks ago & never got a reply. This company is fake & I fell for the bull[censored]! Is there anything any of us can do, or do we all have to just eat all the money we spent!

We ordered bowls from this company in March as a "Pre-Order" we have never received the product. Communication was few and far between until now. You cannot email them, it comes back as "Address not Found." There is no trace of them on social media. Their website is still up and I'm sure taking new orders but no way to contact them.

Ordered bowls and stand back in April of 2022, still have yet to receive them. They will randomly send and email saying do to the pandemic they are slow to get orders out. Last email stated I would receive my order in July 2022…. And still nothing.

Also figured out that the address on the Notice of Assignment is a P.O. Box at a UPS store. We could sign them up for all the junk mail. LOL

Both Izzy and Tim are part of Sespe Pets , and their LinkedIn profiles state that they are independent consultants likely still slinging products somewhere online. Trying to track down more information.

I just went down a rabbit hole hoping to find the bankruptcy judgement, the bar date was April 3rd, 2023. No records on PACER (government site) yet.

The address on the claim website which I did file for back in November 2022, is a residence and has connections to Izadore Pasarow, who is listed on BBB under Trot Pets.

This is so ridiculous and I think we should all be blasting these individuals responsible for the SCAM and robbery of our money. These dog bowls were sold for a stupidly high price and they should not have had an issue fulfilling the orders. The auction site showed quite a large inventory. I hope that I get my money back but not counting on it, and it will probably take years if it happens. Class Action anyone?

I received a weird email today about a claim. It’s very confusing and misleading! I’m sick to my stomach about being scammed out of almost $400! I purchased 3 full sets several months ago.

Fake company?

Same as everybody else here. “Pre-Ordered” dog bowl set, thought it was expensive but exactly what I was looking for. Received confirmation email and then nothing for several months. Eventually received a suspicious looking email about a claim from a creditor or something, looking kind of like they’ve gone bankrupt. Claim required SSN and account numbers, definitely suspicious. Trotpets.com is still accepting orders. No easily identifiable path to a refund.

I ordered over a year ago. The date kept getting pushed back and I was patient through all the delays. I was recently told I'd have them by the end of September... Nothing. Messaged again to check status and they disappeared.i think we all got scammed. Big time.

VANISHING ACT!

I placed an order on Feb 12, 2022 and have had a very similar experience as others here. Long periods of silence, then a few nice "update" emails, then absolutely nothing. Totally disappeared and unresponsive. Their "schedule" page hasn't been updated since late September. Apparently they took the money and ran. What a shame!

Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company

I have been waiting for my order since February 2022. I received many emails from Trot Pets promising that my bowls would ship out soon. As of October 8, 2022, I have not received a single reply from them. Trot Pets removed all their social media pages. Because the charge was back in February 2022, I had to speak to several different people to dispute the charge. In the end, my credit card company will refund us, and they will dispute the charge with the defunct company on my behalf.

This company is a sham. Advertising several times daily on social media for over a year, reeling in customers for sets of dog bowls that seemed like the perfect solution for dogs who gobble up their food too quickly and make a mess on the floor. And those bowl sets werent cheap either! Customers patiently waited month after month, some for almost two years up to this point..and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING! The amount of false promises and blatent lies telling everyone "next week there will be exciting news! We have secured thousands of bowls which are heading your way!"..so we wait and wait for more lies. THEN NOTHING. The founders have jumped ship with our money and cleared their existence of their own personal social media, as well as removing the trotpets social media accounts and made the trotpets.com website non functional, even to request any sort of refund. Please add your personal experiences on this site and report to the BBB and FTC.ORG. Filing a dispute with your credit card company may work too (hopefully). Good luck.

I’ve ordered two pet bowls and two stands in March and may 2022. The company has not reached out in response to my Facebook messages and email about when I will receive my order. Now they blocked me on Facebook after I left comments asking for my refund. Horrible company. They scam you out of your money. I left a complaint with BBB as well.
