Hello,

I purchased an electromagnetic defroster at Christmas at $25 for our car.

There were no directions in the package, and I emailed the distributor several times to understand just how to charge it. There was no charge cord included. 

The replied emails were rude and patronizing when they finally arrived. 

The defrosted was tried several ways and several times and did absolutely nothing.

I emailed the distributor asking for a full refund only to be told they can only refund $5 and no more.  

The company is called traittion.co. and I have reached them through "[email protected]".
