Website advertisements of 70% motorcycle towing gear. Same products as other sites. I inquired through the chat and they responded. When I decided to purchase the trailer I was looking for, my credit card reflected the payment but I never received any confirmation. I called the following day and spoke to an individual with broken English and a Chinese accent. They stated they would email me a confirmation but didn’t ask any details as to who I was or my contact info. Days later I keep getting spammed from the site to check my cart and complete purchase. Three days passed and I called my CC company to start a dispute.

The website www.towgearpro.com appears to be a scam. The physical address appears to be fake. And the phone number's area code doesn't match the state they claim to do business out of. They are clearly copying pictures off a reputable company's website, https://theusatrailerstore.com/ as well. I have zero proof, but figured I would report it just in case there was something to investigate.
