Type of a scam Online Purchase

I reached out to this magazine company for a renewal of my people magazine for two years like I’ve been getting in the past and they said it would be $67.50. We gave them our credit card and we were charged the $67.50. I told him my subscription that I had would run out the end of May so they kept putting me off telling me that they would check on it till the end of May to start my new subscription with them. Then they kept telling me that I was not going to get the subscription from them because I owe them for two years that I have been getting the magazine and never paid them. I had never had a subscription with this company before I had my subscription through student mag. I wrote them back and said are you crazy? Why would you have sent me two years of magazines and never had me pay for it and now you’re saying, I owe you all this money for the last two years. I’ve talked to them at least six times over this. I’ve asked him for my money back because I no longer want to deal with them and they will not work with me at all and not pay me my money back.
