Phillip Heffelfinger from Tomasz & Heffelfinger LLP (TomHeffllp.com) in a letter told me that he is a partner at Tomasz & Heffelfinger LLP and currently serves as a consultant with a DOJ office in Canada. They stated that there is an unclaimed "Life Insurance Policy" ("LIP") savings monetary deposit of $11,550,300 USD. He claims that the policy holder was a Real Estate developer and investor in Canada that passed away from COVID-19 on February 4, 2020 at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Ontario and no one has come forward to claim it. They want 10% of the money to be shared among charity organizations and 90% will be shared between "us." They then ask me to send my full name and phone number to the email [email protected]

I was sent a letter from a person identifying himself as Phillip Heffelfinger from TomHeffLLP.com. He claimed to be a partner at Tomasz & Heffelfinger LLP serving as a consultant with the Dept of Justice Canada. He claims he has an unclaimed ins policy in the a.t of $11,550,300 from a person with the same last name as i have. He is asking me to claim the policey vecause we are the same color and have the same last name. He says i shoukd claim the funds confidentialy and donate !0% to charity and split the other 90% with him.

As with other reported letters, this one from TomHeffLLP.com states that the firm of Tomasz & Heffelfinger has been trying to make contact since last year regarding a life insurance policy settlement to be paid to (name). Sender requests a reply of full name and telephone number to specified email [email protected]. Sender states that 10% of the monetary settlement will be given to charity, while the remaining 90% would be "shared between us." Sender also states that recipient shares "the same last name and nationality with the deceased."
