Tintchase SCAM

On April 8th I ordered 4 pairs of jeans from their online shop found through TikTok. April 10th they sent an email saying the order was on it's way and provided a "Tracking Number". By May 15th, I still had not received the order but the Tracking said it had been delivered (no picture provided). I went to my neighbors and even searched for an address similar to mine to see if it had been delivered somewhere else. It hadn't. They assured me it had been delivered, but since it probably went to the wrong address, they would send me a replacement. May 21st, they said they would be sending me another through express shipping, and I should receive the package within 10 days. It's now July 20th, and guess what? No package. No communication. No refund. I have reached out and haven't heard back.

They were advertising clothing. I made an order after 30 days they claim it was delivered. I submitted an email because it said delivered at 3 pm I got the email at 11 AM. Then they said they would be shipping me another order express and it and I would receive it in 14 days. It never arrived. Then I requested a refund and told them I believed it to be a scam. They first said a small percentage of my money. I threatened to report them to the BBB. They then said they would give me a full refund and it would be deposited in 10 to 14 days. I did not receive it. I contacted them again and have still not received my money back.
