I ordered some Timberland shoes from their add on Facebook which took me to an official looking Timberland Outlet website. I found out later the item would be shipped from China. I received a pair of knockoff Gucci sunglasses instead of the Timberland shoes so I contacted the seller through the timberlandusoutlets.com. They responded from the [email protected] email address which indicated the message was from "service 9". I explained the situation to them and sent pictures of the wrong item I received. At first they responded they could reimburse me for 38% of my order - when I said that wasn't acceptable they said they would reimburse me 50%. I told them that wasn't acceptable and they said that's all they could do for me.
