The total I sent was $30 and I still have not received the product. The shifting demands for more money, after a promise of free shipping, clearly show this was a scam. I have proof of communication, screenshots of the messages, and records of the payments I sent.
This seller misrepresented the transaction terms and exploited my trust in the TikTok Shop platform. I believe they are operating fraudulently and may be doing this to others as well.
Resolution Requested:
I am requesting a full refund of the $60 I sent and an investigation into this seller’s behavior. I would also like TikTok Shop to take stronger measures to prevent scammers from using their platform to deceive customers.
