On May 12th, I purchased two tickets for a concert at the Harris Center for the performing arts. I found out that evening that a deceased memorial would be held on the day of the event, and I wouldn't be able to attend. I requested a refund. I also, found out, from the legitimate contacts at the Harris Center, that they are a third-party unauthorized reseller. They gauged me an extra $81.00 above the $75.00 value of each ticket. It is very difficult to speak to a live person, since they ask for the telephone number the order was placed under. That information is no available since the tickets were purchased by an unknown individual and resold to me, the unsuspecting victim. Order# is 533423.
