Order a hardcover book online received confirmation of order with link to download. When inquired was told I was receiving a digital book and that they did not offer hardcover. However, when ordering I selected hardcover from the drop-down selection box.

This is not a huge loss. They have my address - I used Paypal to try to shield my credit card. I am making the complaint because I ordered one product (book) and they told me I had ordered another (digital copy). When I called them on this, they refuted my order and refused to issue a refund. I will contest it with my credit card company but want people to know this company is a scam. I know now that others have had the same experience with them.
