I purchased this step ladder attachment advertised on November 15th, 2025 for my husband for Christmas. My bank account was debited $64.99 on November 17th. I never received the product, nor did I receive any further emails about it being sent or delivered, and when I tried to email, which I did multiple times, I never got any response.
