They were to send press releases and social media marketing, guaranteeing all my money back in sales. So far, I have about $100 in sales, all from my family.
I paid them approximately $4K to publish the book, which they did. Eighteen months later, we have not seen a finished book ready to print from them.
They also guaranteed we would get our $4K back in sales revenue.

The fraud they committed is significant. Part of their job was to get us a copyright on our book. A number of months ago, they sent us a book with a copyright number. Upon checking, they had taken another random author's copyright and put it in my book. I wonder how many other times they have done this.
They tend to go dark for weeks at a time. Nobody answers their phones, and texts and emails get responded to every few weeks.
This company is a scam and should be shut down. I have filed with the California AG.
They are rated an FFF by the BBB. Shame on me for not seeing that first.
