I purchased a toy from ifly on December 1, 2022. It is now January 30, 2023 and I have not received my product. I've contacted them via email at [email protected]. The tracking says the package has been in transit for 53 days. I've asked for refund but they say they cannot refund my money at this time. I feel I've been scammed and may never see my money back.
