Made two orders back to back because once one order was made they sent an email offering a discount. First order arrived, three blouses in the order; two without tags and one wasn't even anything I ordered. A second package is due to arrive and I plan to return to sender without opening. Now I understand why shipping took so long. Btw, their email address shows as what I listed but then adds amaze at the end right before .com.

Ordered dresses, shoes via the website paid w/ cc. emails received on delivery. Items came, didn't fit, didn't like. Went to exchange PER their onsite info claiming no hassle 30 day returns, they responded asking for photos of why the items did not fit. photos of the shipping package, etc. I suspected something, but went along with it. next email explained they would exchange for better sizing if I paid $54.xx for shipping back to them! The email replies sounded like AI responses - again was aware but wanted to see where this ended up. explained I would notify ScamPulse.com and want a credit refund. I have not heard back.

The shoes took three weeks to arrive and unfortunately, they were too wide. I took pictures and initiated a return request, expecting a smooth process due to the company's advertised hassle-free return policy. Contrary to expectations, customer service proposed sending the correct size upon receipt of a $15 shipping fee. After refusing to pay, I was offered a 10% discount on the shoes that didn't fit. I believe the product has not met my expectations and feel that I've wasted both time and money. Potential buyers should be aware of the potential issues. SAVE your money!!

Ordered off the site and then tried to call their number on the page and the business name was different on the voicemail message. I googled the name of the company on the message and saw that many people have gotten scammed by them.

This company advertises on Instagram. It appears to be a US based company. Ordered "suede shoes". Shoes came from China- not suede, not my size. Company refused to refund unless I shipped to a UK address at my own expense. Offered 10% discount to keep shoes that were not as described and in the wrong size. I refused the discount and asked for full refund with shipping. They refused the shipping expense which was more than the original cost of the shoes.

I searched google for orthopedic shoes and the Hills Nashville came up. I read the reviews and purchased some orthopedic shoes. I thought they were from the US, then I started getting emails. I requested a cancellation of the order but I was emailed and said I could not. I also placed a second order because they sent me a discount code the same night I purchased the shoes. I also sent an email to them requesting cancellation. I will contact my CC company and request a dispute through them since what I ordered is not what I received and I would have never purchased them from China.

Do not buy from this place! Sizes are not American sizes. The return policy is fraudulent, they give you a choice to return overseas at your own expense or to take 10% back for the items; the latter choice takes thirty days to post to your account, if it posts at all.

This place is not located in Nashville! It's a big scam to take your money!

Scam company- photos are not the product you order. Cheap like Temu or SHEIN but much more expensive. Then they won’t send you a return address but try to make you miss the 30 days return limit!!! Awful company BEWARE

Thehillsnashville.com is fraudulent and scam.

I began, albeit too late, suspecting the merchant as it only responded generically and never answered my questions/demands.

After investigation, I find that others are victim to this scam!

I ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals. I got sandals that were totally plastic and definitely not orthopedic. I asked for a return. Their website says free returns no hassle. I was nothing but hassled and the return is to the UK which is going to be unaffordable for me to return them, even though their website says free returns.

The site is represented as being in the US but ships from China. Merchandise is cheap and not as described. Sized too small and toe loop on sandal is too big. Refuse to refund. Offered a free (?) pair of shoes if I paid $14.95 shipping. Wanted pictures of my foot in the shoe, and a picture of me measuring the shoe. I have contacted them 3 times, and they refuse to refund my money.
