This (the pictures) is from her IG account today, she is back.
And she knows there is no authentication on Poshmark for under $700 and yet she writes for Poshmark authenticates for peach of mind.
Most of her items are below $700 so won’t be authenticated, and more people will be scammed.
She needs to be shut down, though I am sure she will find another way
Shut her down on Poshmark!!
Shut her down on Poshmark!!

@jenniferliteral Girl you need to see a doctor. You’re delusional from reality. You have our sympathies, please get help 🥹

• Jun 19, 2023

@jenniferliteral Tahlo when you get exposed you won’t even have a 9-5 to go to. And everyone here knows who the uneducated one here is, the one who has to resort to belittling other women, calling them names, sending weird emojis. The way you conduct business is so unprofessional, rude and condescending. Just having money does not make you educated. You lack class, etiquettes, and morals. I pity the kids you are raising, as you will never be able to teach them right from wrong.

• Jun 19, 2023

And she is back to selling on IG too! As theprelovedbagshoptoronto (pic attached)
Does anyone know how to contact IG and Poshmark?

• Jun 17, 2023

@jenniferliteral aka Tahlo/Preloved Bag Shop/Handbag Hangout/Shai and any other alias you hide behind:

Multiple individuals have reported negative experiences and accusations of being scammed by your business and treated terribly along with proof and photos. Additionally, there have been numerous accounts of your rude and condescending behavior towards others on various platforms, such as Instagram and Poshmark. Such actions not only undermine the trust and credibility of your business but also reflect poorly on your character.
You really should reconsider your business practices and the way you interact with others in the community. Fraudulent activities harm individuals financially and erode trust within the marketplace. It is essential to operate ethically and with integrity, as this is what sets apart successful entrepreneurs from those who engage in deceptive practices.
You should rectify any outstanding issues and address the concerns raised by dissatisfied customers. It is important to uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service in order to build trust and maintain a positive reputation.
Remember, true success in business is not solely measured by personal financial gain but also by the positive impact made on customers and the trust and respect earned from the community. I’m sure I can speak on behalf of everyone here who has reported incidents of your unethical business practices that we sincerely hope that you will reflect upon these concerns and take appropriate actions to rectify any past wrongdoings and improve your business practices and stop hiding under a different names.

• Jun 17, 2023

@jenniferliteral aka Tahlo you should be ashamed of yourself for robbing people of their hard earned money, not us! You don’t have a backbone, and have always belittled everyone. A honest 9-5 to way better than scamming people, and you are only assuming that everyone here has a 9-5. You know nothing about anyone, you are an arrogant, ignorant person living in your own bubble. Not long before you get shut down on Poshmark too.
I am glad you are reading what people think about you here! Must make you feel proud

• Jun 16, 2023

@jenniferliteral. Thank you for your response and showing that you in fact are uneducated. You’ve also used this quote 9-5 in another response before. Please scroll through to find it. Also noting that when someone said poshmark doesn’t authenticate under $700 you posted about a bag that was sold for more than $700. Thank you for confirming to everyone that this poshmark is in fact the same person as prelovedbags scammer. If you don’t understand how you did that. Reread your post. Seeing how you want to bash people, look at your little legs. May I suggest f45 in Richmond. Good day.

• Jun 16, 2023

@jennifer creating a fake id here to respond to my message is not helping you. I can recognize your condescending way “wierdo” “9-5” “ get back to work before boss gets mad”
You are a scammer, and can see it on Poshmark as well. Keep creating fake id’s and hide behind it.
Why would you even be on this page, unless you know who you are.
Your bags on Poshmark are all garbage and you call them Unbelievable condition. If they are real as you claim, why don’t you provide entrupy certificate like others do?

• Jun 16, 2023

It's always the 9-5ers who can't stand seeing a successful woman entrepreneur thrive .
She has so many happy clients and I'm one of them .
@braddie @melissa @birddie we are all hoping she gets her account back !
You are all so uneducated and should be embarrassed of yourselves .
Here's a neverfull she sold on poshmark , it's over $700!
I guess poshmark found it wasn't real?
You ladies could only wish to have a successful business like hers selling authentic items! That's why she was successful for over four years
You uneducated weirdos , get back to your 9-5s and stop trying to break down a successful entrepreneur on your little page with 50 reviews. The lady has tens of thousands of happy clients and you three only wish you could think of something as creative as her business.
So while you sit at your desk and wish you were doing something else with your life remember... it takes a special kind of person to become successful and build a business.
Now get back to work before your boss gets mad .

• May 20, 2023

I don’t know why it took me so long to notice this. My friend and I would talk about her products all the time. Eventually I ended up buying one. She is incredibly rude and impatient. She is immature and unprofessional. Nonetheless I got my item. I bought during the time when she was posting videos along with photos so I did get what I asked for. My friend and I noticed that she was using the same gold hardware hooks even if the wallet had silver hardware. It seems lazy but also that was when it clicked that she was converting wallets into WOCs and advertising them as such. A real woc would be 1500 or more but a wallet is like 600-700 and then she would convert it and price it at 975.
Anyway, I don’t know if my wallet it real or fake. I’m afraid to find out…

Her name is Tahlo. She told me. She also works with someone name Shai and the address is 609B Harvie Ave, Toronto On, M6E 4M3

• Jun 12, 2023

Last one. @birddie. Here is a theme on her items. I’ve never seen so many Gmail.coms. And the way they are. And how many followers she has gotten in less than one month. Which is why I think a lot of us were duped by her Instagram. Paid followers.

• Jun 12, 2023

@birddie I just seen that too. I also noted that the other Poshmarker anse1111 who claims has only bought stuff to sell from our culprit is updating and selling again. Changed her picture too. Also has a red clutch for sale but is also sold at the same time. You can see a video of a face @prelovedbags in the blue sold wallet on @anse1111. Poshmark says over $700 has a guarantee. It would be nice to know what people are doing. Who to call. Do it in a mass.

• Jun 12, 2023

@Melissa, she’s carrying on rudely as well on poshmark, I attached photo and now is wearing black gloves in photos on poshmark. It’s just absolutely wrong. It’s wrong that she can continue this showing up under different names. She needs to be shut down again. I hope there is a way you can get your money back.

• Jun 11, 2023

Birddie. Ya. I see she has that same YSL bag she couldn’t sell on Instagram. I want to message her. Give me money back. She’s adding more bags to Poshmark.

• Jun 10, 2023

To Melissa, they also started an Instagram. I included that in photos. Not sure if there is a way to shut the posh account and IG account down though.

• Jun 09, 2023

To birddie. Yep. That’s her. Using gloves to hide. She will probably see this post but that’s her bracelet in the picture she forgot to hide. Still, no actual proof they’re real. Just saying Poshmark says.

• Jun 09, 2023

I’m sure this is them on poshmark.

• May 21, 2023

Yes all her wallets are converted and uses the same hardware and chains, that too cheap.
Now she is resurfacing under another account and claims that her previous account is hacked. I think IG shut her down. Keep watching and report her new page - theprelovedbagshoptoronto
She is absolutely rude, unprofessional and full of [censored]. Everyone needs to get her other account reported before she scams more people.
The website is now updated and the FAQ’s page answers all the concerns brought up here (I have attached pictures) which tells me that she was on this page too! Why would you search for yourself as a scammer unless you know you are one :))

She needs to be stopped!

• May 14, 2023

I fell for her scam of buying wholesale to do my own business of reselling.
Initial purchase had to be $5000 + tax. I had seen a lot of ads and had been following the account on Instagram and thought it was legit.
I sent $5000 + tax and received a few bags that I had selected, but they all turned out to be fake.
So much so that after following up a few times, she sends me a make believe receipt, which has no HST #.
Which means the business is not registered and she is charging tax, which is another fraud.
I don’t know how to get my money back and now sitting with a bunch of bags that are all fake. She has disappeared from IG which was the only mode of contact with her. Sent a couple emails, but no response.
The couple has made a [censored] load of money selling fake stuff to people.
If anyone has luck with taking her to small claims court, please let me know.

+16
• Jun 14, 2023

Yes, she posted on her IG account about her Poshmark account. I have posted the pic.
And she does read all the comments here. That’s why she had taken down that post already. And her items are below $700 so she will get away with scamming on Poshmark again

• Jun 10, 2023

They are back using @handbaghangout on poshmark and started a new instagram with same name. I hope there is a way you can recover your losses. Too many people have been financially compromised by this lady that there must be a way to shut them down for good and stop them from reappearing under different names.

• May 22, 2023

Yes she claims to be entrupy certified but does not provide authentication certificates nor any kind of invoice, so there is no way to trace the purchase back to her.

• May 16, 2023

uggghh so sorry this happened to you. I thought she was legit too. Had pover 35K followers, had that huge sign somewhere in toronto advertising her business but now she is gone. Wondered what happened there. Small claims court is easy enough to do on your own and you should try. I personally dont know her name or address so not sure how papers would be served but these pics look like her not sure if thats her real name

• May 12, 2023

I followed them on Instagram for 3 years and always thought the bags were nice and reasonably priced so I contacted them to discuss trading in my older 1980’s Gucci for a newer wallet on a chain. They were very pleasant and offered a reasonable deal so I took it. Little did I know that I would be sending my authentic item and receiving a fake one. I am so upset and wished I had known that the items they sold were fake. I made sure to check out the reviews and I saw how many items were shipped weekly plus they claim to be Entrupy authenticated. The bag I received had no serial number and the leather felt off. I also noticed that the chain was attached differently than every other Gucci wallet I have seen. I tried to contact again but their instagram has been taken down and I am not getting a response from their email. Not sure what to do, so if you have any experience getting your money back please let me know. I feel incredibly duped and stupid for trusting what I thought was a legit company.

@Moly I too was sent a rude email with the screenshot of a post from here and called names, was told I am blocked!
I have saved all my correspondence including IG and emails, and her emailing me has just confirmed everything which she can’t deny now.
I just want my hard earned money back, and don’t care what she chooses to do with her life.
The fact that she is on this site says a lot. Imagine having to search yourself as a scam..lol! That thought would never occur to you, unless you know you are scamming people.

• Jun 12, 2023

Update: I questioned the seller about authentication and was sent very rude emails and told I would be blocked. I was then sent an email with a screenshot of this exact post from this site and was further belittled. I have kept all correspondence and have filed a complaint with the RCMP. Had they just offered me a refund and were cordial in how they spoke to me I would never have thought twice about it.

• May 16, 2023

I purchased a YSL WOC to discover it was a converted WOC. The wallet itself is authenticated as I got it certified on my own but because it was altered the estimate went way down. I paid $800 and it was valued at $400 - super disappointed.

• May 10, 2023

I yes, unfortunately bought a bag from this person. It came smelling like a root seller and...there was an address of previous owner in one of the little pockets. The owner is in Japan and the back of it is in Japanese. I then foolishly sent more money for a bag that she claimed did not smell, fortunately for me I didn't send that much but sent some anyway. I didn't see any posts from her for a couple days as she does daily and then boom. Instagram not available. I went on postmark and 'allegedly' found her as a few people have also have. She claims its not her but sells her bags "which are believed to be 100% counterfeit" and here's the kicker, comes from Tokyo. Anyway, after reading everything in here it really made me shake my head. Someone posted some very great info on this couple. Scroll through to see and report if they pop up again. Fake bags and have my money with no bag (even fake number 2) in return. Seller disappeared on facebook but a seller under the user name @anse1111 is either her or selling her fake bags for her. As she states she sells them for her.

• May 22, 2023

Popped up again as theprelovedbagtotonto.

I asked a serious question about one of their bags. picture of the string is attached. I don't know what their scam is but they certainly aren't serious about selling bags, and very rude. I am also suspect of how often they are posting 'layaway deposit' lost and reposting the same bags. I would recommend you stay away.
Totally rude

I think I found the account associated with this business on Poshmark by the name of @anse1111, can anybody provide insight?

She's denying it. But when you mention preloved she knows exactly which site you are talking about. She states 'preloved' sent her those pictures to sell for her. It's definitely her. All the pictures are the same.

Runaway from this online shop! Zero customer service! If only i have captured the convo we had... I just inquired of an item and she replied "Yuck go away!" and blocked me. I have warned people from other online preloved shop, This one needs to do some customer service convention badly! STAY Away from this shop!

+12

After reading many reviews and going through my own- I can definitely say that whoever hides behind this Instagram account @theprelovedbagshop is out there to scam & manipulate people's feelings and emotions. They created account & buy fake followers to gain authority over their genuine followers then belittle them.
Emotional manipulation

+9

These people are crazy. I just sent a dm to inquire about a bag and I decided I didn’t want to go through with the purchase after seeing the shipping charge. I was very polite about saying no thank you and they became very rude and blocked me lol and told me I was harassing them? What 😂 don’t buy from their shop, it’s all fake bags and they have no customer service or clientele experience. Garbage people that need to get real jobs instead of scamming people!
Buyer Beware!!! Do not buy or contact!!

+7

Claims to be Entrupy Certified but where are the certifications? I stupidly purchased from her, and I usually do my due diligence but not this time I slipped. I own a real Chanel, Gucci, Fendi, Prada. etc and my purchase was fake fake. I'm going to report this account and file a police report and take them to small claims. Just don't buy from them.

+8
• Aug 17, 2023

I filed a police report.. I spoke with a lawyer today as well.. did you take them to small claims yet? I own several luxury purses and I’m embarrassed to say I also fell for this.. I should have researched more.,

• Jun 27, 2023

THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE ENTRUPY CERTIFICATE! THIS IS HOW THEY SCAM YOU. THEY ARE A CLIENT OF ENTRUPY AND WILL SAY THAT ALL THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CERTIFIED BY ENTRUPY BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE CERTIFICATION. REPORT TO PEEL POLICE. JUST GO THERE OR CALL AND FILE A FRAUD REPORT. ALSO CONTACT ENTRUPY AND LET THEM KNOW YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATION. ENTRUPY SHOULD STOP ALLOWING THEM TO CLAIM THEIR CERTIFICATION SERVICES.

• May 21, 2023

First contact Entrupy and let them know. They are registered Entrupy users but that’s part of the scam - they don’t provide receipts. Go to Peel Police file a report. I got mine authenticated it’s a fake. And use a Paralegal for small claims. But also if you file a report with Police and they get them for fraud you may get your $$ back.

• May 15, 2023

Hi! Just wondering how you found out your purchase was fake.
Where did you get it authenticated?
I wonder if all her bags are fake or all mixed up

• May 12, 2023

Same thing happened to me. Can you file a report and take them to small claims court? If you have any success please let me know as I am trying to figure out how to get my money back plus my trade in (which was authentic)

Recently purchased a Chanel wallet with supposedly cross body, strap. When it arrived, it was not at all as described. Item had two smaller Amazon purchase straps, clipped together, for the Crossbody strap. Was not disclosed.
Stitching was torn off on the wallet, which was not disclosed. It was filthy inside, which was not disclosed.
Well, it was described as being immaculate. When I asked a simple question about the product, this woman was belligerent, extremely defensive, and would not even have a simple conversation with me. I was then promptly blocked as others have indicated. Extremely rude and extremely unprofessional.
I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. This woman needs to be shut down immediately.

+11

I wish I would have seen all of this before purchasing the must disgusting and fake purse. This person is the epitome of everything that is wrong with this world. Not only is she belligerent, arrogant and demeaning, she is a con artist. The fact that she can sleep at night after taking peoples hard earned money in exchange for fake and filthy bags makes her a complete and utter disgrace with zero moral compass. Please do not support this [censored].

+13

You will be degraded, mocked, and blocked all for asking a couple simple questions regarding the bag you are intending to purchase. I have never witnessed another human let alone business owner behave like this to someone for no reason.
Absolutely cringey behaviour! After digging in a little deeper it’s clear this business is claiming to sell authentic goods when in fact they are counterfeit. Please save yourself the time energy and money before dealing with this atrocious behaviour.

+9

I cannot believe the interaction that took place yesterday. I saw a bag on thePrelovedBag instagram post. I "Liked" it and commented "How much to ship?"
I received a Direct message from them saying quote:

"Please don't comment on my photos with Zero intention to buy".
then they said 'Have a lovely weekend" and immediately Block me!

I was feeling bad thinking...What did I do wrong until I read the reviews here.
Clearly the business practices here are bizarre and not worth anyones time.
Please beware..

+13

Totally insane! Almost feel bad for her lmaooo

Wow I wish I came across this forum before wasting my time, energy and good mood messaging this extremely rude and unprofessional page. Like everyone else has said here, if you are interested in an item and ask questions about authentication or date codes, you will be told you are harassing them and that you will be blocked. This is not only super rude and frustrating, but a HUGE RED FLAG to potential buyers. The items being sold are obviously counterfeit if when you ask if an authenticity certificate will be included with your potential purchase, you are told that you are harassing them, and then you get blocked. Wish there was a way to get them shut down asap, because I'm sure they are fooling a large amount of buyers. Lastly, if something, like price, seems to good to be true - it's because it probably is! There are so many other reputable sellers out there thankfully. Good luck everyone!
Stay away!!!!
Stay away!!!!

+11

I had my doubts when I first followed this page and saw the items for sale, especially because of the lack of information on authenticity. I decided to message about a bag anyway to ask for more information. She replied with an "lol." That alone confirmed by suspicions. Very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the questionable inventory.

+10

Same here, I just had a horrible interaction with this page today. I am fuming!

I started following this account in 2020 when I entered a giveaway contest in that year.

Recently I saw a bag in their Instagram stories and inquired about the item.

The account sent me a video of the interior of the bag and due to not responding immediately, she blocked me.

When I had first messaged the account, they responded with, "Ready to buy after 3 years?" which I laughed off as a joke. I realized they were pretty serious about the comment with their response and blocking as a result.

Although I did not purchase from this account as a result of being blocked, buyers should do their research and review before purchasing. Any small business so willing to ask for an EMT up front but not willing to provide time for you to make a decision can potentially be a scam. Buyer beware.

Similar to the various post here, I inquired about a bag. She sent me the pricing, pictures and video for it. I wasn't able to respond right away because I had a call. She freaked out, called me unprofessional and blocked me.

What kind of business conduct is this?

STAY INCREDIBLY FAR AWAY. These are NOT authentic luxury bags. They are “allegedly” brought in from Tokyo, yet these bags are always creased, damaged, the logos and stitching off, etc. it is SO bad. (Notice how they never have any additional photos of this product their pushing? If you ASK for photos or videos to prove authenticity, you will be berated and blocked. The individuals who run this account are called Tahlo Azoulay and Shai Azoulay (likely a husband/wife fraudulent duo). If you look into Tahlo, her last listed work place was Intermix- which is a Toronto based “designer company” that carried brands like Zimmerman, Mackage and Agolde. Intermix did not and DOES not (online) carry luxury designer brands such as Gucci, Dior, Chanel, Hermes etc. if you look into Intermix’s only location in Canada, it was based in Toronto but shut down in 2020 (notice when Theprelovedbagshop popped up?!). She was listed as the “Floor Coordinator”- please see attached screenshots of her comments claiming I have a 9-5 job.
Furthermore, I decided to look into Shai Azoulay and here’s what I found :)

He claims to be President of S&S Bags and Business supplies- they manufacture boutique bags, shrink wrap, garbage bags and other retail products. The address is 89 Bentworth Ave Unit #6, Toronto, Ontario (coincides with where they ship their FAKE bags out of- Mississauga; you can confirm where they ship out of because they DO NOT hide their customers tracking numbers and then post it on Instagram!- see screenshot attached). As well, if you look up S&S Bags and Business Supplies, the business is registered under a SIMON AZOULAY and NOT Shai Azoulay. If you want to be consumed even more, look up S&S Bags and Business supplies on Ontario’s business registry. They have listed their Business Name as “S&S Bags & Business Supplies” but they have THREE DIFFERENT business numbers. Sketchy. They all have different registration days and business types as well, again- SKETCHY as HELL. As well, as you can see from other reviews, they requested an e-transfer to be sent to the following email address: [email protected] (ARE YOU CONCERNED YET?!) this business has no legitimate business email address, nor a legitimate form of payment.

In their “About Us” highlight on Instagram, they claim “the quality and craftsmanship of designer bags is what allows them to remain timeless decade after decade. We source the lowest priced authentic preloved handbags from around the world, giving us the opportunity to sell them for the lowest prices”. This in itself is incredibly alarming and as a luxury buyer- RUN. In one screenshot they claim to source their bags from Tokyo and made 1.7 million last year. In another screenshot you can see they allegedly source them from around the world. In ANOTHER screenshot, you can see how they supposedly wholesale these luxury bags (this isn’t a thing, you can’t wholesale luxury items….MASSIVE red flag there).

This is supposedly a luxury consignment company. But when you go to their website, they don’t have any product listed and if you really look at the website, you can even find spelling mistakes. This is not a legitimate company folks! They also claim on their website to have a “certified in house expert” and that they “do not accept returns as our products are exactly as described and never misrepresented”- if this was a legitimate luxury consignment company, they would ABSOLUTELY accept returns of a luxury bag/accessory- these guys DO NOT because they’re FAKE and they know it. If you look at other luxury consignment companies within your area, they will accept the items back for an in store credit or exchange for something else, never will they tell you they don’t want the item back unless it was heavily discounted during a legitimate sale in their store.
They have listed on their website their forms of payment include visa, MasterCard or e-transfer. NO LEGITIMATE LUXURY CONSIGNMENT COMPANY will accept an E-TRANSFER! That is totally insane to me and no where have I ever run into that method of payment- RED FLAG AGAIN. Also, when they request you to send an e-transfer, these are the email addresses they supply: [email protected] and [email protected] CRAZY!
I’ll also attach a photo of how these “luxury bags” are stored and have been stored at this couples house. If you have a $1000.00+ bag you would store it correctly in its dust bag, not folded so the leather has creased and cracked.. SUCH a mess.
January 12,2023 this girl posted on their Instagram page that she was cleaning her LV canvas with a Mr. clean eraser. This destroys and weakens the integrity of the bag- she cleans almost every bag that is marked with these magic erasers and then sells them to the general public. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING FROM HER- your fake bag will be further damaged. Yikes yikes yikes.
As you can see from other comments, when you ask for her to confirm the legitimacy and authenticity of the products, she will berate you and block you. No legitimate luxury consignment seller will do this. She never posts any “inventory” on the website or her Instagram page because people who DO buy luxury items can spot the fakes, literally down to the stitching the and NUMBER of stitches on each bag. What I have noticed is that she will take the money from the sales of the FAKE hand bags, buy legitimate products for HERSELF and post those products on her feed so that it “looks” legitimate. You won’t ever find any product she’s selling on her actual page- only her stories (there’s a reason for that!) if you look at the photos they provide on their website of “happy clients” they’re just Instagram screenshots, there’s no actual professional photos ever taken of the products- red flag again.
Report this woman and her husband to Canadas BBB with screenshots of the conversations you’ve had with her so that she can’t steal anyone else’s hard earned money and rip of these legitimate brands who also work hard to create their products.

Looks like she read all your comments, check the attached pictures from her update website. And resurfaced with another IG account, which again is being changed daily, notice the careful twist of words.
Oh and yes - went from entrupy certified to authenticated by our certified in-house expert.

• May 10, 2023

OMG, I wish I seen this sooner. I got a bag from her and first it stunk like a root seller. And second in the name tag strap was someones name and address...from Japan and the back is all in Japanese. She took my money and deleted her instagram account. I believe she's on Poshmark by the name of Jennifer and is denying.

Thank you so much for this! This was such an amazing review and breakdown as I had gone through the same thing with this account! She was totally rude to me! Thank you for being so thorough and confirming my suspicions. And thank you so much for going that extra mile to warn us about these scammers!
