I placed an order for several bags of coffee. The email that was sent to me had the incorrect mailing address. I immediately reached out to their customer server email address, because they do not provide a phone number. I have not heard anything back from them. I have not even received the confirmation that the original email said that I would recieve once the order was processed. I waited 3 days and emailed them again asking if the address was corrected. I also asked if the order has been processed and for them to provide a tracking number. I still have not heard anything. I then looked on this site and their social media and discovered that NO CUSTUMERS ever receive any feed back from their support. I also have seen where orders can take up to three weeks before they are even processed, and some never received the product at all. I have put in a dispute with my card holder to try and get my money back, this can take up to 45 days. This has been a terrible experience.

I ordered a starter kit for $29.00. I was automatically enrolled in a monthly shipment. Within 24 hours I emailed to cancel the order but there’s no way to communicate. No log in account and no response to their support email. I called my credit card company to stop payment and reported it as fraud. Hopefully, I took action soon enough to avoid recurring charges.

Ordered product on 7/1. Tried to contact them several times by email with only 1 response. There is no phone number listed. It's been 20 days, and I still have not received the product, although they did process my credit card. No updates from them.

On my initial purchase, I specifically selected what I believed to be a one-time purchase because I did not want to enroll in a recurring subscription. Despite this, I was later charged for another shipment that I did not authorize.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I attempted to cancel through the company’s subscription management page. The website instructed me to request a login link by email; however, despite multiple attempts, I never received the email needed to access my account and cancel the subscription.

I have sent multiple emails to Erth Labs requesting cancellation of the subscription and a refund for the unauthorized charge. To date, I have received no response. Because the company has failed to respond or provide a way to cancel, I have also filed a dispute with my bank.

I am requesting that Erth Labs immediately cancel any subscription associated with my account, refund the unauthorized charge in full, and provide written confirmation that no additional charges will be made.

Erth labs mushroom coffee, 29 dollars for a starter kit, they allow Apple Pay and PayPal. I used Apple Pay, they took the money but I never received a confirmation email. Contacted their support line 3 times via email. They claim 24/7 customer support but I have never received an answer. They took an additional 29.00 dollar from my account. I had to cancel my card and contact the bank. This is clearly a fraudulent company.
