Report

I ordered a patriotic wreath from this company that was supposedly in the USA. I contacted the company several times through email to find out why my package had not been delivered. The tracking number was odd and trying to track the package was impossible. They replied to be patient and wished me luck. After investigating I realized we were dealing with China. Each correspondence was telling me that the item was delivered and to check with my p.o. There is no record of my package or it being delivered. I keep getting the same reply from Hervns that the item was delivered. I asked for money back and they continue with the same answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
