Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has finally informed: The penalty will come into effect on July 1st.

Our records show that as of today, you have an unpaid traffic fine. According to Texas Administrative Code 15C-16.003, if you fail to make the payment by July 1st, 2025, we will take the following measures:

1. Report it to the DMV violation database;

2. Your vehicle registration will be suspended as of July 2nd;

3. Your driver's license will be suspended for 30 days;

4. You will be redirected to the toll booth and a 35% service fee will be charged;

5. You may be sued and your credit score may be affected.
