This is a scam company who calls me multiple times per day, almost every day for "tax relief" despite me never owing any taxes, ever! My taxes have already been filed and there's no reason that they keep harassing me everyday. I've called multiple times to have my number removed from their system and they flat out refuse. I've spoken with multiple associates and they all are playing on the phone. They either answer and don't say anything at all or they make a noise and then stay silent. Nobody in the office speaks English, they're all Indian with fake American names and they all claim they're supervisors. I spoke with Michael, Simon and a dozen others and none of them were professional enough to answer any questions or even answer the phone properly. Michael, who claimed to be a supervisor flat out refused, on a recorded line, to remove my number from the list. They're blatantly breaking federal law in order to keep harassing people. They have multiple phone numbers they call from and it's the same exact company every time! The name is the same, the prompts are the same and so are the associates who answer either line. I've explained that they're in violation of the law and not only do they not care, they laugh at you for pointing it out. I don't believe for a second that it's a legitimate business and they need to be raided and arrested for multiple federal law violations, that by their own admittance they're aware they're violating and couldn't care less. They even asked me if I had any proof which I said, "of course, what do you think the call log is?". I can't seem to get an address or location from this place to be able to sue them for harassment so hopefully you can figure it out and these scammers will be put out of business.
