I keep getting calls from Lucy at National Tax Executive Office saying I have a possible tax balance and about the fresh start program. Calls every couple of hours all day long up to 7 or 8pm Monday through Saturday week after week even though it's flagged as spam and doesn't ring through and I never answer or call them.
