I booked airline tickets online for $311.34 and then they called and said i have to upgrade my ticket and the cost would be $600+. I said no. Then she said let me see what i can do. She came back on the line and said she could do it for $324.25. I said, "Thats the full price?" and, "Is it refundable?" She said yes. Then when the charge went through she added the costs together and came up with $639.00+. I said no, and she told me it was not refundable!!! Such a scam!!

Purchased airfare over the website tarifasodeal.com. Received calls from same company stating I only purchased a standby ticket and I should upgrade for a confirmed flight. They wanted more money. And would not offer a refund even though no actual
Airline ticket was purchased. I am disputing this with bank.

I booked an air flight lastnight and on their website said the flight was $684.00 and then this morning they called and said that they didnt have that available but i could but the same flight for $1900.00. So i told them that they were going to report them because of their false advertising. We cant have these people putting up webpages saying one thing then when they have you on the phone next day they tell you something totally different, and meanwhile they have all of your personal information and credit card. Please put a stop to this.

I have read several comments where they have the same Modus Operandi. They take your reservation and credit card information. Then they send you an email saying the reservation is not confirmed and ask you to call back. You call them and they tell you that those seats are no longer available but they do have other seats at higher prices

I was recently scammed through a company that I used to make an airline reservation. Initially, I received an itinerary from them that appeared to have all of the necessary travel details; however, it was missing the airline locator number. When I called the company to inquire about this number, they hung up on me three times before finally telling me that my reservation had been cancelled because the airline did not accept the rate. They also claimed that they had tried to call me, which was a blatant lie, as they never did. If I had not called them, my family and I would have shown up at the airport without a reservation, not realizing that the itinerary they sent me was worthless.

Website advised prices for airline tickets are not been honored. Last Sunday and today while searching for prices, website had a price $295.29 after I made the purchase, I received a call telling me that they made a mistake and that the real price is $590. Today I tried searching for the tickets again and noticed that they are advertising the tickets for $280.14 and when I texted them asking if the price was correct, they said that their website is incorrect that it’s actually $618.29/ticket.
