Phone call received from a stated process server. Stated that i would be served documents for a lawsuit filed against me for an old debt. I asked for more information and was transferred to a consultant who stated i was being sued for an old debt but i could settle that amount for half of the owed amount. I made a payment of $200 to show good faith until i was able to research the matter. Found listing of the same scam being pulled on other people with very similar details. Now i am reporting the fraud.

The case which was discharged in Court in 2009. She called and said , if not paid then House Bank all will be zero balance. Payment is $4500 required. They took money using docu sign. Reported to Bank. This lady needs to be put in jail. Actually LCS group is in India and she added consulting etc. to make it real. She needs to go to prison through Grand Jury.

Received a voicemail about being served papers to go to court for unpaid credit card debt. Call the number left on the voicemail and the person claimed to be a meditator for a law firm. The person offered for me to pay a settlement amount to avoid going to court.
