The company appears to have reprinted a product and is selling it as their own. The book product ordered arrived damaged and poorly printed. The company offered a 25% refund.

In addition, the company charged an auto membership fee of $39 that was not noted on the order. I did not know anything about this and I just happened on it by accident. I promptly cancelled the membership and they immediately offered me a membership for zero. (My guess is, had I agreed, that it will auto renew at $39.)
