I ordered what looked to be a perfect bed for my large breed dogs hips. It was a total disappointment. I ordered charcoal grey, they sent red. It’s the most poorly made item I’ve ever seen. Hardly no stuffing inside it. I tried working with the company for a refund but they only offered a maximum of 30% return. Do NOT waste your money with this company …

This company is a total scam. The product they send looks nothing like the pictures in the ad, and is nothing like the written description in the ad. I ordered 2 “prelit, hanging Christmas baskets” which came as loose parts like you can buy at a dollar store. They were way smaller than the ad shows, not prelit, and they were smashed into a tiny ball as they didn’t even come in a box but were crushed into a paper wrapping. I paid $60 for this dreck, asked for a refund and was offered 10% off. They warned me that they would make it onerous to ship back. I told them I still wanted a full refund & they offered 30% and told me they wouldn’t refund the whole amount unless it was returned in the original packaging- all of it. You had to cut the paper to view the product so that was impossible. Do not buy from this company! The first picture was what was advertised. The rest are what I received.

Recieved dog bed for 150.00 5XL.
Its flat no support, in picture looks inflated.
Real life, dont bother
Delivered to wrong house, a call to Florida, back to Massachusettes, we thought we were treasure hunting.. should of left it behind!

This bed is nothing more than a blanket! I am not one who does reviews, but I owe this to the public! When looking at this bed online, looks perfect for my canine son. Upon arrival, it was vacuum sealed and I thought this may not be good, then told myself, aww no it will be fine. NOPE! This doggie bed is HORRIBLE and POORLY made. I fumbled around with this bed for a while trying to get it to fluff up and stand on its own but let me warn you, don't even stop on this site! Please DON'T! My 10lb Yorkie looked at this bed and then at me as if to ask, "What's this?" He walked away! I contacted Talkoko via email (there is no 1-800#) to alert them of the above. After waiting for a response for 3 days, I reached out again but with more of an insistent email which they responded. I assumed they would immediately apologize and would send a new one or refund. NOPE! They wanted me to go into more detail of my dissatisfaction. Basically, I reiterated the above and simply stated perhaps this was somehow production error and a new one would be better. NOPE! A replacement nor a refund was an option. The next day, I received another email with 8 steps to making this doggie bed work for me. Steps verbatim: 1. "Don't worry if the bed is in poor shape, in order to fluff the bed 2. Use hands to rub the goods everywhere to move the cotton to the right places and take about 10 minutes to do this 3. carefully use an iron to continue the smoothing process 4. Use a stick or a cotton hanger to beat the bed in order to soften the cotton as much as possible 5. Brush the sides down and treat the bed patiently 6. Keep it alone for 2-3 days 7. Finally your pet will happily enjoy. Ya'll come on! If I had seen all of this prior to ordering, I would not have purchased nor would I be doing this review. So for this ridiculousness, I had to respond. I then sent photos stating there is nothing to fluff, beat or smooth. The service rep replied stating they would refund me 10%. I replied, "I'm not interested in the $5.50." I was only trying to have a new bed but after this I went on to tell them I was insulted and would be doing a product review. Naturally, they didn't respond. Spend your money elsewhere- hopefully, I have convinced you. I will attach pics, so hoping it can be seen how poorly these are manufactured. Thank you for reading this but please please don't patron this business!

Ordered Medium dog bed. Was supposed to be 22"x18". Received tiny dog bed only a toy poodle would fit in, and even sent them pictures with the measurements (NOT 22"x18"). I'm in a ridiculous back and forth email exchange trying to get a refund. Talkoko refuses to issue a refund, and they and will not pay for the return shipping. They even tried to tell me the measurements of the medium dog bed are 20"x16", until I provided a screen shot to them of their own product.

DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They well inferior products that are NOTHING like their pictures, then try to wear their customers down instead of doing the right thing.

Ordered what appeared to be the worlds best dog bed.

Got a thin, worthless piece of junk.

Had to fight for days to get my money back.

Now they want me to pay 2/3 the purchase price to return.

Ordered this before seeing these reviews. Cancelled by email 30 minutes after order was placed .( within their 24hr cancellation period) Was emailed 2 days later to be told that the item had already been shipped. They have told me that they have checked the order and it was correct. I've replied with a screenshot of the item of what I ordered and was expecting from talkoko website and a picture of what they have sent. Have reported this to the fraud department at my bank and they told me to wait for the item just incase it turns out to be OK. If not OK my bank said to contact them back and they will investigate it further. Will attach the pictures of what I was expecting and what I've received. Also ours cost $69.99. Will update this post if I get a refund or if my bank manage to get any joy on my behalf. Obviously the picture without the dog is what I paid $69.99 for. I am also going to put a video on YouTube about this scam to warn others.

I purchased a dg bed, expecting someting similar to what the pictures show.
I received a flat piece of cloth and what's worst, no way to get your money back.
Please, don't waste you money on this piece of crap, this company is a scam!
I tried to get Pay Pal to help m out and they weren't much help so shame on them.
Bottom line, Talkoko is a scam company, din't waste your time and money.

The sofa dog beds are NOTHING like the picture. You get a flat piece of crap I wouldn't pay $10 for, let alone $90! Very disappointed by these scammers.

Purchased 2 dog beds. Items came thru NOTHING LIKE PICTURES IN ADD .. Flat flat . I called to return,,, they say no can do no can do ... offered me 10-20-30 % off to keep.. also told I might need to hit or beat bed with a spatulas or stick to wake up the cotton in them ...LOL LOL . I told them I don't want these beds for free... filed a dispute with GOLDMAN SACHS my card holder...just got told claim denied.. they claim I recvd the product I purchased ... I am sending all these documented claims to them in a nasty letter

Un fortunately I am dealing with Capitol One. They reversed the charges once. But since I recieved item in "perfect condition" they paid Talkoko back. But I called back and they are reopening a fraud case. So all these complaints will be very helpful!

Ordered a red dog bed I waited almost two weeks. It arrived in a duck taped package that was dirty and smelly. I took out the bed and it was vacuumed packed and the material was out of the cushion. Lumpy bed my dogs will not lay in. Ugly material and not even sewn together. Poor, smelly bed from Talkoko! This company needs to be STOPPED and sued for False advertising FRAUD! We have filed a lawsuit to shut Talkoko down!

Talkoko's privacy notice and how they handle your information is disasterous. They basically own any information they can find and basically will do what ever they want with it, including international use. Avoid this company.

A Google ad promoted gloves that were warm down to -22 degrees. These gloves dont keep my hands warm at +30 degrees. The resolution process has been a joke.

We purchased 4 dog beds that looked great. If ONLY had it been true! 2022 sofa dog beds Platinum 5xl @ $140 each. Pieces of junk, can't even make one bed out of the other 3.

Multiple attempts to contact, refuse to accept return. You can see the defects in the attachments below.

We ordered 4 beds at $140 each. Beds appeared to be high quality based on the pictures. Items received were 75% less than picture- poor quality production, missing stitching, not representative of online advertisement, and a scam. I would have loved to replace our dog beds had the product been exactly as advertised. No complaints. Contacted the company and told to use a stick to fluff the item received.

Do not buy from these people. It is not worth the chance!

Ordered a dog bed from them. It arrived in a garbage bag and looks NOTHING like the bed on their site.
Asked for my money back that same day. First they offered me 10% and subsequently have gone to 50%, which I refused. Now they say that I must return it in original packaging to China!
I need a garbage bag I guess.
Stay away!

I order 2 pairs of gloves never got them. Tried many ways to contact them but to no avail. Sent an Email Tried to call and all I got was advertising. Called another number they gave me. When I called that number They said they never heard of Talkoko.

Purchased top as large size. It is a small size by any standards and unwearable. Innumerable emails for info to return said top. Absolutely no return info except a 20% discount which I do not want and have refused Then this load of charlatans want me to pay return shipping to CHINA despite the return address on the label is in Birmingham. I am getting absolutely nowhere with these people. Every email I send I get a stock reply to send it to China. Do not under any circumstances use this company

Paid £69.99 for a dog sofa bed it's arrived its flat flimsy nothing like the photos. No memory foam whatsoever just a flimsy usless thing!
