i ordered a dog bed and then cancelled it 3 days later. i askd for a refund and they sent a stupid generated email saying my order has been cancelled and a refund was being sorted i am still waiting for my refund toda 3rd oct. disgraceful company

The dog bed i recieved today was horrific quality. Freying at seams, flat and cheap matetial. I want to send it back and money back. Cost me £109! I am funing! Im tempeted to post the bed all over my dog websites to stop this product from production. Its absolutly dissgaceful and replulsive! If i do not hear from you by monday with a refund i will be sharing my views on all rotweiller sites all over the world to prevent anyone else spending this amount of money on junk! I am fuming and disgusted with it!😡

Bought 2 dog beds. They are NOTHING like the description. Total scam. No filling, no memory foam only thin material. Your dog will be more comfortable lying on bath towel.

Total rubbish even if I paid £10 I would not be happy

COMPLETE SCAMMERS. DO NOT TOUCH. We ordered a 5XL (53” x 30”).memory foam orthopaedic Dog Bed. Well it arrived today a compete floppy crinkled mess nothing like the web site. We thought it would be arriving in a large box , well it arrived in a small vacuumed pack, I could not believe it then realised we have been completely scammed.m. £118.20 . For the most disgraceful dog bed that we would never even have looked at.

Dog sofa bed arrived last week and nothing like as advertised on TALKOKO it is not a orthopedic mattress as described it has no memory foam what so ever in the cushion you can feel the floor ithas filling that you use on soft toys and very little of that the raised part of the bed has collapsed lack of filling so nothing to rest there head on no zipper to be able to wash covers in fact the opposite of what they are describing it is not fit for purpose they have offered 20% refund I am refusing no address as yet to send it back I have been told I will have to pay p/p it will need to go back to china I have reported this to pay pals and hoping they can resolve it for me but not holding my breath wish I had read the reviews first it is a lot of money to loose and my elderly dog doesn't get his dream bed

I am afraid I to have fallen for this scam the bed is nothing like the advertisement on there web site I have been in touch with Pay pals hoping they can do something for me the bed is not fit for purpose there is no surport for the dog no memory foam the surrounds on the bed don't stay up you can fill the floor underneath the what is supposed to be the cousin I could no even offer this to a animal rescue they would be so insulted this was delivered last week so far I have been asked to be patient it will come back into shape week later surprised still the same it will be with hardly any filling came back at me today saying they will knock 20%off I have told them no chance given no address so i am expecting them to tell me to post it back to China and I will need to pay the cost so my advice don't fall for this scam I am hoping pay pals will come through

Purchase the large dog bed at 24" x20" for my medium size dog, it can after 3 weeks of waiting (which isn't the problem) in an airtight package (not the problem) I release the air to find the bed that only my cat could sleep in, it measures 20" x 16". Trying now to contact them, then to PayPal.
Totally keep away from these companies, I just wish this review page was visited before my ordering

DO NOT buy from this company. I received my bed andvthe bottom was not stitched. I asked for a refund. They kept offering me discounts. I told them I am entitled to refund due to fact item is damaged. After 36 emails they offered me a refund but I have to pay postage. I have raised a dispute with PayPal am waiting for outcome. Wish I would have read reviews before buying.

Total scam. First, every day is the “last day” of their sale. Second, whatever the stuffing is, it collapses to almost flat after fluffing it up. Third, washing/drying the bed makes it look like it is old and worn. DON’T waste your money!

I purchased a sweat suit set.for $60. I’m a medium, but purchased large. When it arrive it fit me like a sausage (too tight). I contacted Talkoko for return info. Was told I’d have to pay between $30 to $40 to return or repurchase at 20% less my original! Obviously, I’m not doing either!
Just in case you’re thinking about doing business with another scammer Noracora they also had an exorbitant return that ensured it wasn’t worth the cost!

We purchased 1 large dog bed and 2 medium dog beds. They came vacuum sealed in a very tiny box. Yes, even the large bed. They are soft on the outside, but have HORRIBLE insides. The stuffing is lumpy and not fluffy like one would expect given the price. Then we found a disturbing article that stated, "Chinese factories have been dumping toxic fillers into their foam for years." This is a rip off scamming company. Do NOT buy anything from them! They should be ashamed of themselves!

I spent 44.89$ on a supposed dog bed. It is a complete waste of money as it comes in an airtight packaging making that the super cheap filling gets all lumped up. I had to contact PayPal to file a complaint against them Do not buy from them. It is a total scam, you get a way better dog bed from T J Maxx or Ross for less of the money. To deal with Talkoko is a waste of money and energy, it is total annoyance

I bought this dog bed Large size from Talkoko , it came today in an airtight packaging not bigger than a plastic bag. The airtight packaging made the interior material lump up and it took me at least half hour to try to unlock the cheap pillow like fill material. I would give 0 stars if that would be possible. Talkoko is located in Bejing/ China

I ordered a dog couch but what i received was nowhere near what this so called company advertised. The dimensions were false as well as the coloring. I was supposed to receive a fairly large dog COUCH. What i actually received was a sleeping bag at best. I can not reach anyone to talk to over the phone. The only number they have listed is a PayPal phone number. When I email, I get no help whatsoever.
