Scam- do not purchase

Purchased an item almost 4 weeks ago- they sent a fake tracking number and product never came. The business refuses to issue a refund or give me their mailing address/ headquarter information. I am going to dispute the charge. Very disappointing.

The Scam that doesn't need to be a scam at all

I ordered a fantastic four hoodie and it did actually come, although I got no confirmation and assumed I was just scammed, but it didn't have the design on it at all that it was supposed to. Instead of looking like the fantastic four suits from the movie like it was supposed to it was instead just a baby blue hoodie with the f4 logo in the center. The weird part is the hoodie is like amazing quality just some completely different design. I emailed and they offered a 7 pound refund to fix the issue with absolutely no explanation as to how this happened stating only " we are sorry you aren't happy with the product". I tried clarifying that they had sent me the wrong hoodie and got the same reply. Overall you can't trust what you're buying to show up or be what you actually ordered so you may get a super comfy hoodie but you will have no idea what it will look like.

SCAM

Their videos on tiktok are stolen and reposted from other companies I ordered two pokemon nike hoodies for $66 and they don't even give you any update on your order I didn't even receive a tracking number to track nor conformation when its coming or where its coming from they just make stupid excuses on their email that they are a small business and the contact email on the confirmation payment is different from the contact email on the website. This is a terrible website because it is all fake and not theirs you wont recieve your items

Taleci studios claims to make custom embroidered hoodies/sweatshirts with car logos on them. I ordered two hoodies from them on November 8, 2023. I did not hear from them until I emailed them on November 26th, 2023 to get an update on the order. They claimed that they are a small business that specializes in custom orders and that they were running behind. They would not provide me with an update on the delivery date, however they sent me a USPS link to track the order. By December 12th the link was indicating that USPS had not received the package yet. I contacted the company again (by email) and indicated I needed the hoodies by December 19th. Since it had been over 30 days since the online order I asked for an assurance that the items would be delivered or a refund. They stated that a refund could not be provided and that the order was being shipped. The USPS link shows no update to the mailing status. I believe that this is a fraudulent company and pursued reimbursement through my credit care company.
