I saw what appeared to be beautiful wall art online so I ordered two of them. Then when I received them I saw the significant poor quality of the wall art. I reached out to them and asked for return labels to be sent. They didn't respond for days only to request pictures of the front and back of the product first. I asked again for the return labels and they continue to push back. I'm not sure why they needed that. They should have sent the labels at that time and accepted my response of unhappy with the poor quality to return acceptable. This has been going on for two weeks now. An added bonus is that the owner of the company continues to send me emails asking for me to provide them with my feedback in a survey. SERIOUSLY! I sent him the email requesting a refund and a return label as well for the same reason.
