Business owner Louise was contracted to do a concrete job on 9/11/26 at my home and he asked to be paid the day the concrete was poured. He took the cash on that day and said he would come back to finish the next day but he did not come back, and two weeks later I got a letter from Smyrna ready mix putting a lien on my house for a non payment by Louise. The company Smyrna ready mix said he refused to pay so they have to go after the home owner.
