I place an order on May 26th for my husband and son-in-law's Father's Day gifts. I paid using apple pay. I was sent tracking information, items detail status from Italy the items have been processed with parcel center. Tracking number from World's Leading Logistics Information Query Solution shows 6/24/25 2:18 Bloomington,47490 United States, The Shipment is in transit in the country of United States. As I sent an email to the [email protected], asking again for an update, replay it's in transit, the system may be someday delayed. I sent another email on Tuesday July 7th, asking for a full refund, a day later response was "We have to say sorry that it has been set out. We can not stop shipment, give me the same tracking number and a phone number in China. My total loss is $82.36. I guess since it was free shipping I get the items when and if they shop up. This is unacceptable.
