I first saw this website on a Facebook add. They were stating that a artificial plants were marked down as the lowest price ever and would only be marked down for one more day. I placed an order on this website on February 13, 2023. I was told about 2 weeks later I would receive my items. I contacted them on March 11th, 2023. I sent "it has been saying my order is in the US since 2/28 but its does not say where in the US. Is there no way to get an estimated date of arrival?" I've sent 4 emails requesting my money back and they always respond the same. They state that they feel very so sorry and will try to get my order to me. They refuse to let me cancel or even help me figure out where my package is. They just respond they are sorry and will try to get in contact with the carrier. After I started searching more I saw where others have ordered and never received their package. I wish I had researched more before I placed my order because I realize I will never receive my order or get my money back but I want to report them so this does not happen to anyone else.
