Email received from questionable email address <[email protected]>, obscure link included, no phone contact information, all reflecting common signs of a phishing attack. Visited the BBB website to look for a way to manually search for case number. No provision for doing so was found, further raising suspicions of phishing attack. Content of email as follows:
