I placed an order with Suse Flower Shop (SuseFlowerShop.com) on February 7 for flowers to be delivered on February 14 (Valentine’s Day). The order was paid for in full, $129.00, and I was assured the delivery would be completed on that date. However, no flowers were delivered.

Since February 14, I have made multiple attempts to contact the business to resolve the issue. Their phone number, 1(952) 381-5520, is not being answered, and I have received no response regarding the delivery or a refund. At this point, the delivery is no longer relevant, and I believe I have been defrauded.
