These boots were so small, could not even put my foot in them and there was no way to return them. They also smell of chemicals.
I contacted Paypal and could not provide a return address, nor a phone number, and their email is not an actual website.
I also want to mention I was charged $27.52 for shipping with an additional $8.88 for insurance for a total shipping charge of $36.40, for a total cost of $76.37.
This company did not indicate how much the shipping charges would be. This was a total scam, boots were not of quality and have a terrible chemical smell.
Paypal and my credit card, American Express suggested I reach out to you to file a complaint, and hope you can assist.
