we ordered reading glassed from the seller on 1/5/26. after 20 days, I began tracking the order. I also reached out to the seller via email and voiced my concern that the item had not arrived. This occurred a few times, and the seller always responded with just wait a few days. On 2/6/26 I filed a complaint with PayPal. The tracking indicated on February 2, that the item was in Raliegh. and after that, tracking was unavailable. PayPal reached out to the seller who responded that the item had been successfully delivered on 1/28/26. It has not been received. When working with PayPal, I discovered 4 different tracking or order numbers associated with this single item. I attempted to seek info from the shipping company, whose website is in an oriental language. I selected English and entered the various numbers associated, but none of the prompts were successful . The shipping company is JS Express. I don't believe the item was ever sent. I should have looked up the company before ordering.
