I called Ticketmaster's valid phone number 888-271-0568 inquiring about a refund on sold tickets. I was then transferred to the 'Billing Department'. They told me they were having 'technical difficulties' and I would not receive my refund for several more weeks, although I had been told it would only take 3-5 business days. They insisted many people were having this exact issue.

"Mark" then asked me to drive to my local Walmart and they would provide a gift card. Once I had the gift card, they would transfer the money into my account within 3-4 minutes. He called back on this number (808-800-9894) asking what time I would be at Walmart?
