I ordered some nail polish gel pens through their website. I paid for it through PayPal. I ordered them on December 8 and I still have not received it a month later. It is now January. The website didn’t explain that it also was coming from out of the country. I emailed them and told them that I had not received my package yet. Supposedly tracking states that it is at customs in the United States. Customer service responded that since it was shipped they cannot refund me and that there’s delays right now. They told me to be on the lookout for the package. More time has passed and I still haven’t received it. I requested a refund multiple times. They keep telling me they can’t refund me because the shipment is already out. I tried to comment on their Instagram page and they deleted my comment. They also deleted my IG story somehow where I complained about them.
