I saw an ad for comfort sandles on line. I ordered them and when I received them , they were the wrong size. When I contacted the company to exchange them, I was told unless they were missed labeled or faulty the company would do nothing. When I pushed by customer service and standing by their product, they offered 20% off another pair. Again I pushed and was offered a 15% refund (which I did not get) an dI could keep the shoes. Now they would respond to me. The brand is Tisselix.
