I ordered two jumpsuits from OYROSY.COM website. They debited the money from my credit card account a day after I ordered the items. Then they sent me an email a few days later and said one of the items was out of stock. The website NEVER stated that the item was out of stock because it allowed me to place the order. I requested a refund. This was part of the email they sent back after several requests for a refund: "The money has been issued for you and the amount will be back to your account which you used to pay for the order. If everything goes well, the money will arrive to your account within 7-15 business days." After 7-15 business days, and checking my credit card bill, I still did not receive my money credited back to my account. I reached out to the company more than FIVE times again and this was the email that they sent back: "Due to the restrictions on our account, we are unable to process refunds now. You need to wait in line for at least half a year. Are you willing to wait?" I did not answer them back. Instead, I called my credit card company to report it, and I am reporting it to the ScamPulse.com website. I googled the company after this incident, only to find MANY negative reviews about the company being a scam, people not returning customers money, customers never receiving their product, etc. My suggestion to customers going forward: PLEASE RESEARCH WEBSITES/COMPANIES BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY SCAMS/FRAUDS GOING ON VIA EMAIL, PHONE, WEBSITES, POSTAL MAIL, ETC.
