honey and pine water proof makeup. Ordered late DEC. Called given phone number (NY #) 1-845-347-2152 phone on speaker for 45 min. no way to get a live body. emailed and was kicked back. Address shows in South Carolina but phone goes to NY. Been a month and I cannot find any information.

charged my card for cc make up then never sent it. 2 weeks later charged my card again for more than the first time which i NEVER authorized. Contacted bank to report fraud got number from bank tried to call, it was a recording for insurance deals, and Indian man from call center answer phone saying we will send you a 200.00 gift card. I demanded my purchase he said we send you gift card. I said no! He hung up.

I was playing a game on my phone and they're advertisement popped up so I ordered one. My credit card company texted me a scam alert. I went ahead and authorized the purchace. Their advertisement stated normal delivery in 3 to 5 business days. It was ordered on 01-12-2025 and today's 01-24-2025, and still haven't received it. They tried to charge my credit card again today and my credit card company texted me today, for a 2nd time but was able to block it. My credit card company shut my credit card down and is sending me a new card. I emailed the company about 4 days ago and requested my product or money refunded and they responded that they had alot of orders and were behind. Then, like I previously stated, they tried to charge me again today. I asked my credit card company if they knew if this company was known for being fraudulent and they said yes. I know I'll probably never receive my money back or receive the product but I wanted to let others know. Thank you.

I ordered makeup and they charged $200.00 more to the credit card than the cost told to me by the website.
