Purchased sweatpant jeans. Customer service is awful! No response for weeks! Then, when finally get someone by email (their phone is disconnected), I was promised my refund. The jeans finally showed up and they are the worst quality!! Very itchy! Not soft as described. I've been promised my refund 5 times now. It's been 4 months of waiting

Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money on this absolutely despicable company.
