I had a coupon for a SINGLE candle. Which apparently was a subscription which is not identified ANYWHERE. It takes them twenty days to respond to customer support emails, and then to return the merchandise that you didn’t want, they try to make you pay for the return. Absolute horrid customer service, absolute scam.
