Absolute phantom debt colllector using high pressure and very aggressive tone and language. Threatening bank freezes, civil law suits, and jail time. Seemed to know other information about me and the timing of their initial contact was 'perfect" for the scam. I can disclose this information regarding bank account funds and then the timing of the threat to freeze all of my accounts. I paid them using a *****credit card to get the 4500 deal and keep my accounts open. I was extremely vulnerable under the circumstances and scared i was going to lose everything. The talk of a civil law suit was timed perfectly with an ongoing insurance claim. I have given all of this info to ****. The charges finally posted today.
