Around the 8th of December, 1024, I ordered on Facebook thinking it was through QVC. Only to find out later it was from Algainhouse.com. I have sent emails and they respond but I’m never given the option for a refund. At this point I would just like to have my money back. After all, these were going to be gifts for Christmas.

i thought i was buying several hulken bags...different sizes of a rolling bag thru shopify.....they were suppose to be coming from america..but algainhouse came up after i purchased.. and the tracking was in chinese....they even showerd delivered...but i never got them
