Paid for a product that was deceptive advertising misrepresenting quality and is seeking a refund of $51.00 that I paid. There policy agreement stated that if I was dissatisfied I could return and get refunded. They avoided to issue a return address.

I have written several emails and they tell me that its too expensive for me to return it to China and want me to keep it, which I have requested that I do not want the product and want to return it for a refund.
