Ordered a snack food that was no longer available at my local store. This was the only place that showed a stock of them. I should have backed out when the delivery was 14-28 business days.

I ordered Hot Chocolate from this company on 6/29/25. Went to the order confirmation email yesterday to follow the link to check on my order status and the website the link took me to didn't exist. I tried to contact them via their Facebook page but that didn't give any results either. There is no phone number for them. But I doubt anyone would answer the phone even if it did exist.

Like the other's I had placed an order to Supply Center USA for some Omega 3 gel packets. I ordered on 6/28 and I was told in the email stating the order was received and getting ready to be mailed. After 2 weeks and I havent heard anything I clicked on track my order and it told me it could take up to 28 days for shipping. 7/7 was 28 days and today is 7/14 and still no package. When I try to go back to their website, it doesn't exist.

I ordered an item and waited a few weeks for it to arrive. I checked to see if I could track my order, and all of a sudden, the site was down, and the shop in the app shop no longer showed the site either, so I couldn't do much.

Purchased two pairs of ASICS running shoes. Received a receipt through email indicating that delivery would take 14 to 28 business days, which has since passed without fulfillment and the website is now indicated as no longer available.

I ordered some Clif Shot Energy Gels because the price looked so good. I bought them on June 18th, received a confirmation email, but now the links in that email to view order or track package don't take me to an active site. Also, now Supply Center USA's site no longer works. Fishy to say the least. I have yet to receive the product.

I ordered cosmetics and toiletries from Supply Center USA (supplycenterusa.com) that I have had a hard time finding elsewhere. Order was placed on June 16, 2025 and today is July 11, 2025. I have neither received the items, nor received any email updates from the company (I tried [email protected]). When I clicked on "contact us by clicking this link" got "no such website." Same thing for the link to "visit our store"--no such website. The company provided no phone number and when I clicked "view your order," I got the message "this link is no longer available." A Google search revealed "no information about this website." Supply Center USA wouldn't accept PayPal for the purchase, or I could have gotten my money back. I am out $40.35 and really upset at this kind of bad business or scamming.

I ordered a product that I had previously purchased through Amazon 3 years ago, but Amazon no longer carried. This was the only company that claimed they had the product available. It has apparently been discontinued.

Supply Canter USA claimed to specialize in carrying products that are hard to find. I fell for it and ordered 3 packages, figuring I would probably never find it again. They charged my credit card, but 2 months after ordering I have not received them. The confirmation email said I would receive them in 14-28 business days. None of the links in the email work; they all return error messages. I will try to get my money back through my credit card.

purchased items online after searching fro specific product, paid and waited, now almost a month later and no contact from them and their wesite "can't be found" ; no phone for customer service , just a link that goes nowhere.

Placed an order on supplycenterusa.com - never received the product. Has excellent Trustpilot reviews, however they seem to be AI generated or fake ( as of today 07/02/2025 1700+ reviews within a few weeks).
