I went to their order confirmation email buy @ revivebrands. com at 5am stating
“Please cancel my order. I do not want this product. It is not what it says it is...
I am falsely being forced to order 6 bottles. Please kindly cancel and refund my money.
Thank you”
No response, I sent the above email again at 6:41 pm. No response
I than received a shipping confirmation.
I asked the post office to return to sender. It was stopped and returned to sender before arriving at my house. It shipped after I tried to cancel. It never arrived to me.
I than saw the package was received back to the Vendor. I emailed requesting a Credit of $156. No response.
Now on January 17 2024. I called the same phone number 855-380-3268 and asked for my credit due since product has never been in my possession and they have the product. I was told they do not accept returns and they do not give credit. I of course argued back and forth with them. Just received same response no return, no credit
This company is a fraudulent company. They had plenty of time to cancel my order prior to shipment.
