Great warranty

I had this warranty the whole time we had our vehicle with Credit Acceptance. We had a 2010 chevy traverse for 4 years. It was good for 2 years but then started to have major problems. Superior warranty company helped us every step of the way and covered everything that they said they would cover. But we also did everything by the book and took it to the person who sold us the car and was use to dealing with the company. My advice would be...if u r to buy a car with this warranty make sure the person u r buying from has dealt with the warranty company or u know someone who has. I was 100% satisfied and happy with their service 100% of the time. We never had any problems with them.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Auto warranty company that deals primarily with another scam of a company, credit acceptance. They do not fix anything in your vehicle. Under the warranty specially states that our engine nda transmission is covered. However when my engine blew and I took it to my mechanic to get fixed he told me that he tried numerous times to get them to pay and they wouldn't. They kept giving me the run around and never did anything. My vehicle has been sitting in my garage for the past year because I don't have the money to get a new engine put in it. All the while they still collect money every month from me. I'll never go through this company or credit acceptance ever again! Stay away from this SCAM!!!
