I was charged for a vip membership that I never authorized. I contacted customer support and let them know what was going on from April 1st 2019 to Dec 30th 2019 they Gave me the run around that they could only return 20% then 30 finally 50% I said fine I agreed at 50% of full value of ‘vip’ membership and then was told my bank was not allowing the credit ! Called the bank and they said not on their end emailed back and then they wanted my card # I mentioned if your system had it for purchase then it’s there for returns. No response back and no return of refund !

This company has multiple names on Amazon. I 1st inquired information about a MacBook Air. They had the same item listed but different prices. They told me it was Amazons error. Once I purchased the item, the invoice/order listed a different seller name. Reviews were HORRIBLE! People are not getting their orders. If they did get a shipment from this company, it wasn't event the item they ordered. People are getting scammed left and right. I tried to cancel my order but they already marked it "shipped". It's been almost 2 weeks & there is no shipping information. I have contacted the seller 12 times & Amazon 3 times. The seller keeps telling me I have until the 21st for the item to arrive. I get that, but once the item is "shipped", it does not take more than 2 weeks to get a package in the US. This is my daughters big Christmas gift from her Dad & I. The money that we spent, I can't just go to another store and buy it. I need the refund. I've asked several times & filed a claim with Amazon to refund my money and take this company off of Amazon. It's clear this seller is fraud!

Seller said they will file a claim with USPS but I have not seen any claim. Not sure you can file a claim if the package was never picked up.
